Angie Drinic
Angie Drinic is a respected trainer and industry leader and has been in the dental field for over 40 years. After earning her BA in Business Administration, She attended Western State College of Law with a focus on medical and dental malpractice; she has continued to train Dentists and multi-dental practices ever since relocating to Canada in 1992.
Her success as a trainer is attributed to her ability to teach Dentists and their team members how to perform at a higher level. Her knowledge of patient psychology, case presentation, insurance billing and treatment acceptance is what propels her students to achieve higher yearly production, collections and an unlimited New Patient increase year after year.
Many Dentists praise her ability to teach team members how to deliver a better patient experience, make a long-lasting impression and to convert patients into loyal patients that promote and grow the practice.
Angie has provided training to many offices in the USA, Canada and Mexico increasing their Production, New Patient flow and Team Productivity.
Odeh Habash
Odeh Habash is a business coach and executive trainer. He has over 25 years of experience in training, coaching and management. He is an expert in transforming dental clinics. Odeh is recognized for his hands-on experience in prioritizing and organizing tasks, focusing on core issues resulting in an impact on performance and achieving set goals.
Odeh was able over his career span to productively manage dental clinics and lead large teams. He competently transformed dental clinics by improving the performance indicators of these clinics. He effectively coordinated the acquisition and due diligence efforts of acquiring dental clinics and successfully onboarding the team members of acquired dental clinics. Odeh trained more than 500 individuals in the fields of leadership, entrepreneurship and management. He also prepared and presented five online courses for more than 80,000 participants.
Odeh holds an MBA and a B.S. degree in Economics from the University of Jordan. He is a certified Facilitator and Leader by Leadership Management International. In addition to this, he is a Certified Empretec Trainer.
